Yoga is for you

Yoga can be used to help find balance, both mentally and physically, and be a source of strength and resilience.  It can be adapted for children, teens, men and women of all ages, during the pre and post natal period and the menopausal period.  In the right application it can be an effective tool in healing from trauma and grief.  It can support us through illness and stress.


It can be applied in so many ways to make life just that little bit better, brighter and easier.  It can make living with uncertainty more comfortable, and one thing is for sure, life is always changing! Yoga is a practice for you, for everybody.
