Prices 

Groups classes are currently held weekly at The Yoga Studio Økern and Yogeriet.  

 

Prices vary dependant on location and also if you have membership with the studio, so please check when booking at the venue. Links to both are found in class description and in the timetable.

Drop-ins are available in both at Kr 250.

Yoga therapy is offered as a set of minimum 6 sessions.  This includes an Intake session that is around 90 minutes and 5 follow up Session that are around 60 minutes long.

Yoga therapy package: 7200 NOK

(Intake plus 5 follow ups)

These sessions are held in-person in Risløkka, Oslo or can be live on Zoom.

Individual private sessions are available:

​

60 minute -   1500 NOK

75 minute -   1800 NOK

One to one trauma sensitive yoga facilitation is available. Sessions are 30/60 minutes long, depending on the needs of the client.  

​

They can be paid for as individual sessions or as a block of 6.

30 mins - 800 NOK

60 mins - 1500 NOK

Block of 6 (30 mins) - 4200 NOK

Block of 6 (60 mins) -  7200 NOK
