Group Yoga Classes

Laura teaches a variety of yoga classes to groups of people.  These are often in the form of weekly courses or drop-in classes.  These classes include Hatha Yoga, Yoga for healthy backs, Well-Woman, Feminine Flow, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga in the form of both Mum and Baby Yoga and also classes for just mums, and Beginner's classes and courses.  

 

They are classes held in a group setting and are open to different levels as options and adaptations will be given.
