Group Yoga Classes

Laura teaches a variety of yoga classes to groups of people.  These are often in the form of weekly courses or drop-in classes.  These include Hatha Yoga classes, Yoga for healthy backs, Well-Woman, Feminine Flow, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga and Beginner's classes.  

 

They are classes held in a group setting and are open to different levels as options and adaptations will be given.
