A private session where individuals can delve a little deeper into their own practice, where the focus and yoga session is designed especially for you. You might want to focus on breathing, getting to understand certain aspects of the practise better or just enjoy some more personal attention.
This could also be for pregnancy yoga and post natal yoga for you and your baby or for you while baby sleeps or someone else is able to care for your baby and you can focus on your needs and your practise.
Before you come Laura will send you a short questionnaire form to complete and return at least 48 hours before the first session, it will be a good starting point for when we meet, and will give you an opportunity to communicate what you are hoping to get from the sessions.
