Yoga is for everyone
Laura has had the privilege to share yoga with a wide range of people; from complete beginners to those who have been practising for years, to those who want yoga as a form of pain relief and a therapeutic approach to classes, to recovery sessions with professional footballers. The one thing that everyone has in common is that they can all benefit from yoga, and can find something that works for them.
By being able to share yoga in its dynamic forms and also its therapeutic forms Laura is able to share yoga with confidence and gratitude that there is something for everyone.
