In the right application it can be an effective tool in healing from trauma and grief. It can support us through illness and stress.
It can be applied in so many ways to make life just that little bit better, brighter and easier. It can make living with uncertainty more comfortable, and one thing is for sure, life is always changing! Yoga is a practice for you, for everybody.
